I consigned at Red Cat and am one of the many 250 consignees who was ripped off. They closed overnite and I live blocks away! They have 22 of my items still and owe me checks for other things. They have countless people's things and money. They have the audacity to now be selling them in yards around Dallas!!! I went to their "estate sale" as they posted it and found my brand new rhinestone studded jeans for sale there! Another friend of mine saw her hutch and china cabinet etc in the yard for sale. They are THIEVES.......they have even apparently lied about filing bankruptcy.......they are criminals, selling stolen goods now basically.....Marukh and Steve Hall. Yes, they had us all fooled with friendliness and wine. Anyone spared the agony we all are going through now trying to figure out what to do.....consider yourself lucky.
